ATS Gen Pro offers subscription-based access to premium features. This policy explains our no-refund approach and how you can evaluate the app before purchasing.
2. Free Trial
We provide a free trial so you can explore ATS Gen Pro before committing to a subscription. We encourage all users to try the app during the trial period and decide whether it meets their needs before purchasing.
3. No Refunds
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or any other billing period)
- Partially used subscription periods
- Accidental or unwanted purchases after the trial period
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to use the free trial and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- Cancel through your Google Play account subscription settings
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
5. Google Play Purchases
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. While Google may have its own refund policies in limited cases, ATS Gen Pro does not offer direct refunds. Any refund decisions made solely by Google are subject to Google's terms.
